These terms apply to the public Rabbit Farm website, educational resources and beta-access request. Separate terms may apply when you receive an application account.
Acceptance and beta status
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Rabbit Farm is currently presented as a beta product. Access may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn while workflows are tested and improved.
Who may use the site
You must be legally able to accept these terms and use the site lawfully. If you act for a business or farm, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. Beta invitations are personal unless Rabbit Farm agrees otherwise.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may read, share links to and use the public resources for your own lawful farm or evaluation purposes. You must not disrupt the site, bypass security, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or copy substantial parts to create a competing service.
Farm decisions and AI
Website content, calculators, dates and AI descriptions are general operational information, not veterinary, legal, tax or accounting advice. Biology and farm conditions vary. You remain responsible for checking records, observing animals and consulting a qualified professional when health, welfare, legal or financial judgment is needed.
Your submissions and privacy
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. A beta request does not guarantee access. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy and Cookie policies.
Intellectual property
The Rabbit Farm name, design, website code, original copy, illustrations and product materials belong to Rabbit Farm or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Fair quotation and linking are allowed where applicable, with attribution and without suggesting endorsement.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rabbit Farm does not promise uninterrupted availability or that public content is complete for every farm, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, suspension and contact
We may update the website or these terms and will publish the revised date. We may restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
