Your data
Privacy policy
This policy applies to the public website at rabbits.farm. The Rabbit Farm application may present additional privacy information when you create an account or join the beta.
Who is responsible
Rabbit Farm operates this website and determines why and how personal data described in this policy is used. For privacy requests, contact support@rabbits.farm.
Data we collect
When you request beta access, we collect the email address you submit and the language of the page. When you contact support, we receive the information included in your message.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect page views, session information, approximate location, browser and device information, and a first-party client identifier. We do not load Google Analytics before you consent.
- Beta email address and page language
- Support correspondence
- Consent choice stored in your browser

- Basic server and security logs
Why we use it
We use beta-request data to manage early access, send invitations and essential product updates, and respond to your request. We use support data to answer you and resolve issues. Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- Consent for optional analytics
- Steps requested by you before beta access
- Legitimate interests in site security, reliability and support
- Legal obligations where applicable
Service providers and transfers
We use Vercel to host the website, Resend to deliver beta notifications, and Google Analytics for optional measurement. These providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, processing and transfers are governed by their contractual safeguards and applicable data-protection law.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it when legally required or when necessary to protect the website, users or our rights.
Retention
Beta-request and support information is kept only while it is useful for the request, beta programme or related obligations, normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless law requires longer retention. Analytics retention follows the settings of the Rabbit Farm Google Analytics property; aggregated reports may remain after identifiers are deleted.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Use Cookie settings to change analytics consent or email support@rabbits.farm for other requests. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security, children and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This website and beta programme are intended for adults managing or working with a rabbitry, not for children. We may update this policy as the product or providers change and will publish the new date on this page.
